Two Carols, two burns from beauty treatments!

Carol (1) burned herself with a curling iron. She had already experienced positive results from calling the FireBurnDoctor for a burn several months before, but this time didn't think the burn was bad enough to warrant calling it in. So she waited, as she said later, thinking, "It would just go away, but the pain just kept increasing, it got redder and redder with some swelling. Then I thought, it's still within the half hour and its not going away like I thought it would. It's time to call it in." By the time Carol called FireBurnDoctor, 17 minutes after the burn, her pain level was a 9 (on a scale of zero to 10). Within 7 minutes of calling the FBD, the pain dropped to a 2. She said the mark was still white in the center, with red around it, but much less inflammation. About 3 1/2 hours after making the first call, Carol reported that she was doing "just great! The skin is only a brown spot now." 

Carol emailed her amazing story: "On Wednesday @ around 6:30 a.m. I was getting ready to go to work and bumped my arm against the iron that I was using. I did not think it had been that bad and continued getting ready. At around 6:45 a.m. I called the Fire Burn Doctor because I was in pain and the arm was very red. After placing the call and leaving the information that was required, I went about my business. Within 10 minutes of the call the pain was gone and I was on my way to work. Thank you again for all your help." Carol added that when she told someone at work about her incredible experience, he just laughed at her. But she keeps telling people, even if they laugh, because it worked for her.

Carol (2)'s mom called the FireBurnDoctor to report that her daughter had been burned about an hour before, but that she had just found out about it. When the FBD team called her back, Carol's mom reported that the pain level had been a 5-6 (on a scale of 0 to 10), but was already down to a 3. About a half hour later, the mom called to say, "It's been about 26 minutes since we last talked. It's getting better, I guess her pain level is down to about a 1 and a half to 2. Right around there. This is her mother calling. Thank you so much. Sure look forward to learning more about how this all works.... Thank you."   Four days later, Carol's mom called to say, "I'd say it took 45 minutes to an hour for the pain to be gone...."
