Not a big deal maybe (except for burrito eaters), but it's the "same deal" whether the burn is 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, no matter where in the world it occurs....

Diane burned her tongue on a hot burrito. When she called the FireBurnDoctor, her pain level was a 5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). 7 minutes later, it had dropped to a 4.
