At 11:07 a.m. PT, Hillary burned her fingers taking a baking pan out of a 350 degree oven. Unable to call the FireBurnDoctor because of poor cell phone reception, she sent an urgent text message with her details, including her pain level which was a 4 (on a scale of 0 - 10), 29 minutes after the burn injury. About an hour later, Hillary texted again to report, "Hi. 11:51 no pain in left hand, 12:28 only little tingling in left thumb. Thank you!" When the FireBurnDoctor team was finally able to reach Hillary by phone a couple days later, she was very happy to say, "No marks... thank you!
