Steve was making afternoon tea and ended up pouring scalding tea on his right wrist. From previous experience, he knew to call the FireBurnDoctor immediately and did so within 3 minutes. When the FBD team called him back 3 minutes later, his pain had already dropped from a 7-8 to a 6-7 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Half an hour later, Steve called again to report, "my pain has gone down to probably around a 1 or a 2. So, that's significant. Thank you again. And, yeah, have a good day."
