Rhonda called Fireburndoctor to report burning her hand two hours earlier on a piece of glass in her shop that had reached a temperature of 2000 degrees. Her pain level was 6 to 7 on a scale of 0 to 10. Thirty-five minutes later, she called to say, "There is a change, so I know something's happening."
The next morning, astonished Rhonda called to report, "...after I got burned, I didn't need to put ice on it and there wasn't any more pain! This morning, most of the swelling is down. I have one little, tiny spot that might turn into a blister.... It's much better than it would have been without your help, so thank you very, very much. Thank you."
