Bea burned her hand when a power sprayer steamer exploded. She immediately put her hand in the snow outside, but the pain level was still a 3-4 (on a scale of 0-10) when she called FireBurnDoctor. Two hours later, Bea called again to say, "I got involved in doing stuff and I just totally forgot to call! I'm sorry. So I'm calling back to say I'm doing fine.... Thank you so much for your help.
