It's a "kind of magic" says Diane in Maine

More than two hours after burning her hand by grabbing the burner of her stove, a friend told Diane to call the FireBurnDoctor. Even 2 hours after the burn, and after soaking her hand, applying ice and wrapping it, her pain level was still an 8.5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Within 8 minutes of calling the Fireburndoctor team, Diane said her pain was dropping.
