Ted burned his fingers on a VERY hot muffler and called FireBurnDoctor in within 4 minutes. Leonardo got his morning coffee from a fast-food drive-through, settled it between his legs and drove off to work. When a stop light turned red and he slammed on his brakes, the hot coffee flew to the floor onto his foot.  Instead of immediately calling the FireBurnDoctor, Leonardo thought he could “deal with it.”  15 minutes later, when the pain was still there and the foot was puffing up, Leonardo swallowed his “pride” and called. The Fireburndoctor team called him back to confirm details and then called a second time, when Leonardo blurted out, “"Did you do something? ...I'm walking on it. To her surprise, the pharmacist did not recommend anything on the shelf, but told Cathy instead about the FireBurnDoctor! #RUSHdoc

   Cathy burned her arm, from elbow to wrist, when she poured very hot microwaved tea water on her arm. In a panic with what she thought was a second-degree burn, she drove to the pharmacy to get burn cream. Natale cannot stop talking about it "I'm just flabbergasted"

Natale fell asleep on a heating pad. When she woke up the next morning, she had a blistering burn on her back the size of half a slice of bread and a pain level of 7 (on a scale of 0-10). When she got to work, a co-worker gave her the number and told her to call FireBurnDoctor, which she immediately did. Serious burn erased for 2 year old! Paramedic lends phone! Great Mood! No Graft!

Two year old Daniel was severely burned when he tipped boiling hot water onto his face, chest and stomach. Screaming with pain, he was rushed by ambulance to the emergency room. Meanwhile, his mother, who was at work, was informed by a paramedic friend to call the FireBurnDoctor.

With his phone, the mom called and left the information about her son and then hurried over to the hospital to see the boy. When she arrived, the hospital had already given her son morphine. They diagnosed bad second degree burns, applied cream and a dressing and sent the boy home with his mother -- all within two hours! 2000 degree glass? Not a problem!

"Thank you many times over for the healing." Victoria, in California

Victoria burned her left hand on a pot handle and called FireBurnDoctor within six minutes of the burn. The pain level was a 6 (on a scale of 0-10). Just 12 minutes later, the pain was down to a 4. "Significant" and rapid pain reduction for Steve's scalded wrist.

Texting works too! Hillary finds out....

At 11:07 a.m. PT, Hillary burned her fingers taking a baking pan out of a 350 degree oven. Unable to call the FireBurnDoctor because of poor cell phone reception, she sent an urgent text message with her details, including her pain level which was a 4 (on a scale of 0 - 10), 29 minutes after the burn injury. Burned shaking her chocolate jar for her mocha... Roberta's soon "most impressed and most grateful"

Roberta burned herself and called FireBurnDoctor just 1 minute later!  Later she emailed her story: "This morning, I was preparing a hot mocha, and had nearly run out of my special stevia-sweetened chocolate powder. So, I added a little boiling water, capped the lid and shook the jar to get the last little bit. The top blew off, splattering near-boiling water onto my inner left wrist. My forearm immediately turned red and I felt a pain of about 5 or 6 on a scale of 10. (It was a burning pain, as hot water and steam can do, but I didn't see blistering.) I called into the Burn Doctor after about a minute or two to report the burn. I was asked to call back in about 30 minutes to report how I was doing at that point. Elena's pain relief and "protective layer" on her burns to her face

Elena splashed hot butter on her face while cooking. This was her second time calling FireBurnDoctor for a burn, so she knew to call immediately and did so within 1 or 2 minutes of the burn. Her pain level was an 8 on a scale of 0 to 10. About an hour later, Elena reported that, "It doesn't hurt any more. "Girls, you definitely need to put this number on your fridges." St Patrick's Day story

While cooking a family dinner for St. Patrick's Day, Jenny burned her finger when she grabbed a hot pot handle that was melting from burning fire. Her finger blistered right away. Elizabeth's so suprised!

Elizabeth burned two fingers of her left hand in the oven. She said she's vitamin deficient and the burn blistered immediately and was bleeding. A friend had previously insisted she put the FireBurnDoctor number into her cell phone under "Burns." Rick and the Rocket Oven... bystander hands him a sticker

Rick burned his finger, as he says, "on a rocket oven that (he) built at the Arboretum a half hour ago on a rebar that went through a pipe that was holding up the insert structure." 20 minutes after that, a bystander handed him a tiny piece of paper with the FireBurnDoctor phone number and "Instant Burn Recovery" instructions on it. Rick called and left a message with the required information. Many burns from boiling water

Rory called FireBurnDoctor after he burned himself with boiling hot water that splashed all over his face and arms and called. About a half hour later, he reported that his pain level had dropped from a 6 to a 3 on a scale of 0 to 10, and then disappeared for the rest of the day. (It turned out he was sleeping, which quite often happens to the people experiencing IBR)

• The next day, Rory emailed to say, "Well the burn that was on my forearm is pain free and not visible any more. The burn on my bicep has mostly cleared up, but is a bit tender and slightly visible. The burn on my face is only visible on my eyelid which is only painful when touched. What happened was making tea as usual. The water was boiling when I was trying to move it from the pot into my tea kettle. I some how lost grip on the boiling water, it fell and hit the corner of the stove and splashed most of the boiling water on me. It hit the right side of my face, right forearm, and left bicep. The rest of the water ended up on the kitchen floor with my left foot sitting in a puddle. A few seconds of shock, left me standing there processing what just happened. ...My friend then sent me your information as I was explaining to her what happened. I slept most of the day yesterday after the incident. Thank you!!!"

Scalded in the bath, 6 year old Rachel is soon playing with her friend

6 year old Rachel scalded her legs above her knees with hot water in the bathtub. Her mom called FireBurnDoctor within 15 minutes, but the burns had already developed white blisters and Rachel didn't want anyone to come near them with even a cold washcloth. The pain had been a 7 or 8 (on a scale of 0-10). It's a "kind of magic" says Diane in Maine

From "It hurts, it hurts!" to "pain not even a 1" for Betty in Texas

Exploding grease from frying chicken burned Tom's wrist and face...

When Tom first called the FireBurnDoctor phone number, more than 20 minutes after exploding grease burned his face and wrist, his pain was still a 9 (on a scale of 0 to 10). Just 6 minutes later, he reported his pain level had fallen to a 7, and that it "feels like it's changing already." 

• Describing his story in an email, Tom wrote: "I heard about this on the Jeff Rense show about a month ago. I was frying chicken last night and the biggest glob of grease I have ever seen exploded from the frying pan and landed on my right wrist and left cheek on my face.
