He does not want to admit it has helped!

Dick burned his right hand taking a pan out of the oven. He called the FireBurnDoctor team a half hour later, and was still experiencing a pain level of 4-5 (on a scale of 0 to 10). When he called back 21 minutes later to give feedback, he said he "wanted to give candid feedback" and said he didn't notice any major difference. But when asked about his pain level, he admitted the pain was reduced by half, to 2-3. He was skeptical that there would be any further results. Three hours from the time of the burn, Dick called back to say that the pain had flared up, gone away, flared up, and then disappeared entirely. Another skeptic's final remark, "I'll definitely try it again."
